Come and join us for a fun-filled afternoon of culinary pleasures! Learn to make authentic Mexican dishes, such as Chiles Rellenos, Moles and Salsas and then incorporate them into a delicious meal. Classes focus on traditional food made with modern simplicity. Included in your afternoon are appetizers, margaritas, dinner with desert and a recipe packet. Private dinners with a cooking class can also be arranged in the comfort of your own home.
KRIS RUDOLPH, an experienced cooking teacher, owns the popular Buen Café and is author of “Recipes & Secrets from the Buen Café” and “Eating Healthy: Mexican Light Cuisine for Today’s cook.”
